Meeting of China-CEEC Business Council and Business Support Organizations

Paying high importance and contribution to the cooperation with China and 16 Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries within the 16+1 platform, Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA), organizer of the Business Forum within The 5th Meeting of Heads of Government of 16+1 countries last year in November, in cooperation with China-CEEC Business Council is organizing three-day meeting in Latvia.

This is a gathering for limited number of representatives from various trade promotion institutions within the 16+1 platform. This meeting is a great opportunity for the participants to build a network, find new cooperation opportunities for mutual benefit and get a better understanding and practical knowledge to support companies from all involved countries to facilitate trade with China and 16 Central and Eastern European countries.

The meeting will focus on practical aspects of the cooperation to provide efficient support to businesses willing to cooperate within the 16+1 framework.

Approximately 5 representatives from each of the 16 CEE countries and experts from China are welcome, maximum of 150 participants in total.

Members of CEEC-China Business Council as well as representatives from other trade support organizations of 16+1 initiative countries, both governmental and non-governmental (like chambers of commerce and industry, trade promotion related associations etc) are invited to take part at this event.

Participation at the meeting is free of charge for all registered participants. Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.

Transfers to the venue will be provided.

For the participation in full programme, it is suggested to arrive on June 19th before 4pm and depart no earlier than June 22nd after 8am.
